Just before 8 p.m. tonight, Lenoir County 911 received reports of a structure fire involving multiple vehicles in the vicinity of 2720 Eric Sparrow Road, Deep Run. Fire departments from Deep Run, Pink Hill and Albertson responded and are currently on scene.
On Sunday March 17 2024 at approximately 12:22pm City of Kinston Department of Fire & Rescue was dispatched to a structure fire at 2307 Carey Road. All companies responded to above address. Battalion 1 arrived on scene to a working fire from single story wood frame residential home with 50% involvement and established command .
The Kinston Department of Fire and Rescue had two separate structure fires back-to-back on Wednesday into early Thursday morning. The first Structure Fire, all companies were dispatched to a duplex located at 502 Harding Avenue, at 10:40 PM.
On Friday September 29th at 5:05 pm the Kinston Department of Fire & Rescue was dispatched to a structure fire located at 513 Terminal Street. Battalion 1 arrived on scene and declared a working fire. The individuals that resided at the address had exited out of the house but went back in to the home while initial fire crews were preparing their equipment to attack the fire.
