Alma Gayle Heath Jenkins, cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at the age of 81. A celebration of Gayle’s life will be held Sunday, March 9, 2025, with visitation beginning at 3:00 p.m., with funeral services at 4:00 p.m.
Mrs. Myrtle Barrow McKeel Heath, age 107, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, March 2nd, 2025, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Thursday, March 6th, at the chapel of Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service with Pastor Mike Parks officiating. Interment will follow at the Snow Hill Cemetery.

Christopher David Briley, 56, of Hubert, NC passed away in Morehead City, NC on February 5, 2025. A graveside service was held at Westview Cemetery in Kinston at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2025, officiated by Dr. James R. Chandler, Jr.
Mary McRae Dale Parrott of Kinston, NC, born October 20, 1948, entered into the loving arms of Jesus on February 27, 2025. Visitation will be held at Faith Fellowship Church on Sunday, March 2, 2025 from 4-6 pm, and her homecoming service will also be held at Faith Fellowship Church on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Private family burial.
