It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Billy Ray Hussey who peacefully departed this world on March 30, 2025 at the age of 84. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Armenia Christian Church, with visitation after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Armenia Christian Church in his honor.
Carol Davis Gardner, 80, left this Earth on March 28, 2025 to be reunited with her soulmate, Larry, in the kingdom of Heaven, where they will spend eternity together at long last. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4, at 3pm, at Immanuel Baptist Church, 712 Airport Road in Kinston, NC, and the memorial service will follow at 4pm. The family will hold a private service to scatter her ashes at a later date.
A worship service of thanksgiving to God for Bob’s incredible life will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday March 29th, at Calvary Memorial UMC, with burial at the Snow Hill Cemetery following. Friends and family are invited to gather in the Fellowship Hall from 12:30-1:45 to share memories, swap stories, and take a picture or two.

Please join the family for a Celebration of Life Service on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Amelia Christian Church, 1696 Amelia Church Road, Clayton, N.C. at 4pm. The family will receive visitors immediately following the service.

Funeral Services will be held graveside 2 PM Thursday, March 13th, at the Snow Hill Cemetery with Pastor Roy Graves officiating. The family will greet friends and extended relatives immediately following the service.

Visitation will be held at Faith Fellowship Church on Sunday, March 2, 2025 from 4-6 pm, and her homecoming service will also be held at Faith Fellowship Church on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
