This afternoon, a truck collided with the Mother Earth building at the corner of Herritage and North Street in Kinston. No injuries were reported.

Former Vick's Cleaners building demolished Monday
Before Vick’s Cleaners moved to its current location on Herritage St. in 2013, the organization was on Plaza St. for 47 years. The former building was demolished Monday to create additional parking for the strip.
