Annette D. Waters, 78, of Kinston, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2024, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 2pm at Edwards Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-2pm at the funeral home.
