Public Notice: Town of La Grange - La Grange Town Council hold public hearing

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Pursuant to N.G.G.S §160-D-601 the Public shall take notice that on December 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., during its regular meeting, the La Grange Town Council will hold a public hearing at the La Grange Town Hall, 203 South Center Street, La Grange, North Carolina. The purpose of the public hearing is regarding a request from BVA Builders to rezone 4 parcels of property from R-12 to R-10.

These four parcels are identified by the Lenoir County Tax Assessor’s Office as Parcel Numbers 15191, 15192, 15193, and 15222, and are located on the eastern side of the intersection of E. King Street and N. Carey Street in La Grange, NC.

The purpose of this public hearing is to gather public comment and input on the proposed request prior to consideration by the Town Council. To obtain additional information on this request, please contact Town Manager Shawn Condon at (252) 566-3186. The public is invited to attend the meeting.
