LCC announces golf classic sponsors
The Lenoir Community College Golf Classic is the largest fundraiser of the year for the LCC Foundation and helps support the general scholarship fund. The 17th annual LCC Golf Classic is scheduled for Thursday, November 1st at the Kinston Country Club.
Through events like the LCC Golf Classic, the LCC Foundation funded and awarded 200 scholarships last year. This event has raised more than $500,000 toward student scholarships at LCC since its inception. Nearly 100 golfers played in the tournament last year, and the Foundation is expecting an even better attendance this year.
