Library to host popular eastern North Carolina author
The Kinston-Lenoir County Friends of the Library are giving local residents the chance to meet one of Eastern North Carolina’s most popular authors. On Tuesday, November 16th Neuse Regional Libraries and the Friends will host Cocoa and Cookies with Kristy Woodson Harvey, a book reading and signing in celebration of her new novel, Christmas in Peachtree Bluff. The book reading begins at 5:30 PM in the Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library’s Schechter Auditorium and is a ticketed event to raise money for the Friends of the Library. Tickets are $10 apiece, include early access to the book signing, and may be purchased at the front desk of the Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library. The book signing opens to the public at 6:30 PM with copies of Christmas in Peachtree Bluff available for the purchase price of $15.
Kristy Woodson Harvey lives in Beaufort, NC and is the New York Times, USA Today and Publisher’s Weekly bestselling author of nine novels including Under the Southern Sky, The Peachtree Bluff Series, and the forthcoming The Wedding Veil.
